Poor Quality; Poor Customer Service at Caddis

"I bought a Caddis dog bed. After a few months of light use, there was a hole in it! It is very poor quality. A product should last longer than that. It's sad that we've become a throw away society, filling up our landfills. I contacted Caddis to get a replacement bed. They not only refused, but they had the audacity to tell me to buy a new one! I do not recommend buying this product."

"I bought two of these online and am not very happy with them. For $124/ each they are not worth the money. I wanted something sturdy that would last for at least 2 years. When I got the beds the foam was much thinner than I expected. The interior fabric is flimsy and low quality. The first thing to go was the bolsters. One of the dogs using the beds is a meager 38 pounds. Just by laying on her bed she flattened 2 sides of the bolsters. The other bed being used by an 87 pound dog is even more flat.
My small dog while trying to "fluff" her bed easily tore through the center fabric. I took the bed to a tailor and had them re-sew furniture grade fabric into the middle. Now, the other bed is starting to thin. I have wrapped both of them in sheets which looks really tacky, but it's the only thing I could think of to preserve the flimsy, flat beds for a few more months. Never again!"

Nice bed a little different then expected.

"This is a nice bed and my dogs do use it, but it is a little different then what I was expecting. The biggest problem with buying online is that you don't get to actually see or touch the product before purchasing; different monitors can slightly (or drastically) change the color of items, etc. The color is a little different then expected but not bad. I wish there was a little thicker pad on the bottom but again it is sufficient. The bolster part of the bed is GREAT, soft, very thick and made well.
Overall this is a good product but not exactly what I was expecting."

Fashionable Bed

"I chose this overstuffed, plush, extra large bed for my Chow mix puppy. I know that she is going to grow, so I chose a bed large enough for adulthood. I especially loved the design because it matches my furniture. We keep it next to our family room sofa. It blends right in and doesn't look like the "dog's bed.""
