"My puppy has very sensitive skin and we are unable to use the majority of products on the market. However K9 Advantix was perfect for him. Within about half a day he stopped scratching and biting himself. His skin wasn't red and inflamed from the product which is usually the case. It's been a month and his symptoms haven't returned. It even lasted through 2 baths. He has been all around a much happier puppy. I would buy this product again in a heart beat."

"I am a vet tech who was involved in getting the final stage of FDA approval for K9 Advantixr. I have to say it blew the control group away. It worked very well, and at no harm to the animals. It is a without a doubt a must have during the flea season."

"The Vet recommended me to use Advantix because it was the best flea/tick prevention out there. Apparently it stopped working after about 4 months. I would take my pup to the dog parks thinking he was safe, soon to find that my dog started having a tick problem. I didn't notice it at first because he wasn't scratching, but then noticed the ticks on him while bathing him. Not just one or two but about 5. Had to get my place exterminated and get him all new beds and cut off all his hair. I now have him on Frontline...hopefully it works."

"I have a 90 lb golden retreiver and 60 lb lab who stay mainly outside and love it, but from that they get fleas. I have tried many products but they still had fleas. With in 6 hours of having the product on I didn't see any more fleas. Dogs are much happier and so am I!!"

"After having to deal with fleas from two dogs and using the Frontline Plus product, flea shampoo and carpet/upholstery flea stuff and not having it work, I decided to try this as I remember our other dog never seemed to be bothered by fleas and I used K-9 Advantix on her. Needless to say, it has worked great. My dogs itch occasionally, but nothing like they were. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is having flea trouble."

"had a terrible flea problem. tried numerous natural and less expensive products with less than pitiful results. 2 days after applying K9 Advantix and there wasn't a flea to be seen. my 2 boys have about 20 acres to run on. they do occasionally still bring a flea or 2 home but in no time at all they're dead.( the fleas, not my dogs )"

"This is the only product that I've found that really works. I live in Florida and had terrible trouble with both fleas and ticks when using other products but my dogs are flea and tick free since making the switch. It also remains effective after shampoo baths. Highly recommended."

"I have ALWAYS had success with Advantix over any other. We live in a highly populated area for deer ticks and all dogs get Lyme shots. We use this with hardly ever finding a tick and my dogs play outside all day-they have the run of the farm/woods.
But-be sure to get advantix-I misordered once and got Advantage-it does NOT work on ticks. I did not notice until the ticks were too bad and I was ready to give away the Advantix I thought I purchased-I realized it was Advantage-same color box-same supplier.

Worst flea medication for my boxer

"I recently purchased this product because the mosquitoes in my area were getting bad. I took my boxer a bath and waited for him to dry off before applying the advantix. So I applied the medication to his back just like the directions tell you to. The next morning I go to walk my boxer and he has hives on different spots of his body.He has never had hives or anything of this nature on him ever. I will never purchase/use K-9 advantix again!!!"

"I adopted a new doggy from the Humane Society, the next day we found a few ticks on her. I applied K-9 Advantix to both my dogs religiously for 3 months only to find my dogs and my house infested with ticks. They both now use the preventic collar which is keeping the ticks off the dogs. It's been 2 months, 3 house bombings and a yard treatment by a professional exterminator and we still find the little buggers climbing up walls and across the floor. I trusted Advantix to work and now I am paying the price. Will never recommend this product for ticks!!"

"Our dog, Balta, joined our family on a warm September evening when we found her running thru the woods. She was very under weight & full of fleas. She would have to live in our garage until we could get her checked by the vet. We called the vet's office to schedule an appointment & asked for advice. Our vet tech told us about Advantix & within 3 days after the first application, there were no fleas left. That was 2005 & we haven't stopped using it since. I am pleased to report that we have not had any flea problems. I won't take the risk of trying anything else. We are sold on Advantix & feel that it is worth the money for the "peace of mind""

"Princess, my yellow lab could not stand one flea to get on her. We tried everything to ease her and rid of the fleas. K9 Advantix worked immediately and also controls mosquitos (which are known to cause the dready heart worms). The cost is very comparable to that of the individual dose of over the counter flea controls. K9 Advantix is worth the cost. You will not be disappointed in the results! Princess can now comfortably sing "There ain't no bugs on me!""

"We used Frontline for years on our dogs, it is very important we have tick protection (we have hunting dogs), after being told to use the Frontline as often as every two weeks to control the fleas I decided to try the K-9 Advantage and haven't had itching dogs since."
