"These crickets are very healthy and free of any parasites such as fruit flies. The crickets are very active. I have bought crickets else were before but after trying these I am staying with petco."

"I ordered 1000 crickets and close to 800 were dead when they arrived. My order before that, there was a hole in the screen in the box and most of them escaped while sitting outside my door where the delivery person left them. The original company that provides them to Petco replaced them with larger crickets that were too big for my young gecko. I like the convenience but not the dead to live ratio. I ordered them online because I am handicapped and don't drive. It's hard to get to the store. They need to figure out a better system."

"I ordered 1000 1/8 inch crickets. The order arrived on time, however when I opened the package, the feed cube had crushed about 3/4 of all the crickets. I have about 250 or so left. I have ordered crickets from petco before and while some have arrived dead, this was an all time high. I was counting on 1000 or close to that and now I have spent more money for fewer crickets. I likely will not buy crickets from petco again. Crickets are expensive and I can't afford to receive such a small amount of my order in-tact."

"We received the crickets within 2 days of ordering them and we were pleased with the quantity and also the wellness of them. Maybe 30-40 of them arrived dead. However, more than the 1,000 were in the package. Overall - excellent service and easier than stopping to pick them up every other day. Highly recommend the purchase."

1000 ciunt pinhead crickets

"The only problem I have with this order is that the heat packs were sooooo close to the plastic container that condensation occured and well over half of the pinhead crickets died in the moisture.
A quick phone call to explain what happened resulted in a very good response from the PetCo rep.
I will order again from this merchant due to the outstanding customer service"

"I would order again from this company. Everything else I have ever purchased has been great. I plan on ordering crickets again today. When I got the crickets, probably about half of them were dead. They were pinheads, and it was sort of hot outside. The thing I like about PetCo is the fact that they can get the crickets to you so quickly. A lot of companies take weeks and by that time, your pet is starving. I would recommend them to a friend."

Dead Pinhead crickets.

"I purchased 1000 pinhead crikets. When I got them only 150-200 crikets were alive. I am very dissapointed. $30.00 for 850 dead crickets!"
