"I love my Bissels.. I have three .. a lift off vac and two steam cleaning machines and they clean wonderfully but our new puppy had an accident on a carpet and this did not remove the odor... I would have used Natures Miracle first I would have gotten it out. I believe this actually sealed the odor in."

It may smell fresh coming out of the bottle however when the area dries you still smell the urine. It does not remove all stains our four legged friends can make and I gave up on it. I found Stink Free for odor removal. If you are searching for a means to remove odor this product does not do it nor does it keep dogs from going back to the same spot."
