"I love my Bissels.. I have three .. a lift off vac and two steam cleaning machines and they clean wonderfully but our new puppy had an accident on a carpet and this did not remove the odor... I would have used Natures Miracle first I would have gotten it out. I believe this actually sealed the odor in."

"I used this product because of the Bissell name. It took the odor out for about a day and then came back. I kept the dogs out of the area so I could see for sure if it works. Would maybe recommend for SAMLL spot clean ups but not deep cleaning like states."

"I have two dogs and a steam cleaner and in the 7 years of accidents, intentionals and everything in between this product has never lived up to my expectations. It does not remove the odor. It may smell fresh coming out of the bottle however when the area dries you still smell the urine. It does not remove all stains our four legged friends can make and I gave up on it. I found Stink Free for odor removal. If you are searching for a means to remove odor this product does not do it nor does it keep dogs from going back to the same spot."

"A great solution for little and big pet messes. I keep a spray bottle with cleaner within reach for quick cleanups, but when you need to do the real-time shampoo of the carpet where ever pets have been, this is the best product for the job."

"The day after I bought my 6-month old pup I bought this cleaner and the Bissell cleaning system. It works wonders on cleaning up pet stains and has a nice fresh scent to it. Also the product isn't to badly priced over the other cleaners and it is safe to use on upholstry, car seats, etc. as well as your typical pet spots."

The Best Product Ever For Accidents

"I had a little trouble potty training my 6 month old Chocolate Lab, and I tried several different products to deep clean and remove odor from the carpet. This product cleaned up the worst doggie mess you've ever seen. Gunner had gotten into something out of the garbage, and he had "the runs" over a very large area. The Bissell Pet Odor & Stain Removal was the ONLY product that truly cleaned every spot and removed ALL areas of the "accident". I used it in a "non-Bissell" carpet cleaner, and it worked fantastic. I also diluted the cleaner in a water bottle, to "spot clean" while Gunner was learning the difference between grass and carpeting :)"
