Great, trustworthy food, but not sure why it's called "shredded."

First let me say that I have been VERY happy with the quality of the Halo cat food I have bought. The term "shredded" is used a little loosely regarding this food, however. It looks like mush to me and I can't see any shreds at all. 3 of my cats like it very well, but one of the cats (who always preferred sliced or shredded versions of cheaper pet food) is not too crazy about it. She will eat most of the other flavors of the Halo canned food, but turns her nose up at this flavor. I think it's probably a texture issue, but I think I'll stick to buying the Spot's Stew which she loves even though its very mushy also. So in summation, I would say this is a very high quality food and I have no problem recommending it, but if your cat likes actual "shredded" food, then just be aware that this is more mush than shred.
