"We bought this clipper kit due to the other good reviews. Everyone was right. We have a 9-wk old pomeranian/poodle mix puppy. He hasn't been startled by the sound of the clippers. This clipper is not loud and cuts through his hair effortlessly."

"Our cat, Scruncci is a mixed long haired Himalayan. She is the runt and got all the leftover parts, including crazy cotton like fur! These clippers do wonders to keep her looking neat and sweet. P.S. If you shave a cat, they get cuddly! (Maybe they are cold?) But in the summer, our long haired kitty loves it! Clippers are easy to use and are nice and heavy duty for this wild and crazy fur. So, if they work on our Scruncci, they will work for your pet, too!"

"I purchased these clippers to groom my Shih Tzu. The DVD included has great instructions and even shows how to clip a Shih Tzu along with a few other breeds. I was able to do a great job in a short time. I highly recommend these clippers, especially if your dog has medium to thick hair. The DVD says to bathe first so dirt won't dull the blades, and it was much easier to clip the clean hair."

ULTIMATE BIG HAIR CLIPPER!

"My girls are the fluffiest, furriest, densest-coated dogs EVER! They DIE in the sweltering Texas heat and MUST be clipped in the summer to survive such a brutal climate condition. They are rescues and I have only had them for two years. So, they are way too skittish to be clipped by a stranger. Last year I got substandard clippers because I did not know what I was doing and it was tough-going. THIS year I got the Wahl Kennel Pro Set. When I took it out of the package I thought "Oh, NO! they look Exactly the same as the old ones." Well, the thing that was supposed to be different was the strokes per minute speed and WHAT a difference that made! DEFINITELY MORE POWER!! Those clippers cut through the double-dense undercoat of my girls like it was nothing. It never bogged down or lost efficiency and these are some seriously heavy-coated dogs! I just kept the clippers well-oiled and would turn them off and brush out any residual hair from time-to-time, but they did an EXCELLENT job! I am soooo pleased and my girls now have FABULOUS Summer-Dos!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOR ALL OF THOSE DOGS WITH BIG THICK TEXAS HAIR!!!"
