"This doghouse is worthless because you cannot purchase replacement pads. The pads have to be the exact shape of the dog house and no store carries them. Petco has a few but never any in size large. I've been looking for years. Mine is worn out and my poor dog has to sleep on the hard cold floor of the dog house. I cannot find them online either. I recommend a wood square or rectangle dog house that you can buy a replacement pad anywhere."

"There are two feral cats in my neighborhood that I regularly feed. I put a dogloo out for them so tht they'd have a warm, dry place to sleep. I was so pleased that they have started sleeping in it everyday."

"I bought this Dogloo five years ago for my Siberian Husky and he still sleeps in there! He feels safe and comfortable in his home and even hangs out there. The dog house is extremely durable. It still looks like brand new and is easy to wash. The vent on top is great for letting air in during the summer."

I Love this Igloo

"I bought the large version of this dog house in the store (couldn't find this size online) and my dog, a Siberian Husky, absolutely loves it! He curls up in the winter and won't come in the house no matter how much I beg (he hates the indoor heat). It keeps out the snow and rain but still has a vent on the top. I put cedar chips on the bottom and it was ready to go. Great buy and very sturdy."

Not just for Dogs!

"I have a flock of ducks, and have found the dogloo products to be ideal for brooding ducks. While the plastic flaps of the dog doors aren't suitable, I was able to cut a piece of plywood to shape and attach hinges for a lockable door to keep the predators away from my ducks until their eggs hatched."

Great Dog House

"This is an awesome dog house that keeps my two dogs (lab & boxer) warm and dry in the winter. They both crawl in there to keep each other warm and sometimes my cat visits them in there as well! Super easy to clean and move around. Only drawback: The foam pad that comes as an accessory was shredded by my dogs on the first day, so that was $50 wasted. I put a larger dog pillow in there now that they can't pull out, and they love it."

"This house has an Exellent quality home, although even with the pads, I can still imagine it uncomfortable. Since my cousin lives in The Mojave Desert though, this does not fit in with his desert themed yard."
