I have a 6 month old german shepherd who loves to toss Jack around, but after only having it for two weeks the material if beginning to wear and tear. Jack doesn't last long!

We have a dalmatian puppy currently sixteen weeks old and after each weeks training session we let her go and pick out a new toy (give her plenty of toys to sway her destructive puppy nature). Miss Violet ran immediately over to this toy, grabbed it off the shelf and ran immediately back to the training pen as fast as she could with it. She absolutely LOVES this toy.
Unfortunately for the rating of the Holiday Dog Jack, it just can not stand up to the riggers of a sixteen week old dalmatian puppy or I would imagine any dog with a set of teeth. We bought her the toy (which was very decently priced) at 5:30 pm and by 9:15 pm that night she had already torn a hole in one side and removed the squeaker mechanism.
While I can honesty say that my puppy loves this toy with a passion and it quickly became her favorite... we had to take it away from her in a manner of hours because of it's inability to withstand any mild play from an actual canine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
