I bought this harness for my Pom who is 18 lbs. I know he's big for his breed so I bought the medium which says it's for dogs 20 lbs. or less but the strap did not come all the way around his torso. It's really cute and I would love to buy the next size up but they don't make it :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the green color on this vest and the skulls are just too cute. I bought this for my Boston Terrier puppy when he outgrew his x-small harness. I have received numerous comments on the skull motif. It makes a small dog look "bad". It fits him very well and is padded nicely so he seems very comfortable. I will probably get the next size up when he outgrows this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
