I love this jacket! No elastic to get overstretched, and not a sweater which easily snags and also stretches out of shape. There are two places (under belly and neck) which easily adjust by velcro. Easy to make as snug as you like. The fabric sheds water so the dog is somewhat protected from rain. My dog looks really sporty in it, too!
I would recommend this to a friend!
