"Years ago we had two ceramic dog bowls for our dogs. One was broken in a freak accident involving wrestling dogs, the deck steps and my kids. Luckily only the bowl was injured :) For some reason, we replaced the broken ceramic bowl with a succession of plastic & stainless bowls that didn't have the heft or the durability of the ceramic. Finally I got smart and bought this bowl, and I am sorry I waited so long! It's attractive, it cleans in the dishwasher like a charm, and it has the weight to keep my lab from pushing it off the rug. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this dog bowl!"

"These bowls are beautiful, easy to clean, and, most importantly, heavy enough that they stay put. Our puppy doesn't move them when he's eating or drinking, and he can't chew on them or flip them over if he's being mischievous. No spilled food or water on our floors!"

"These are great basic dog bowls which are heavy enough that they don't slip around on ceramic kitchen tile. They are the perfect size and hold about a cup and a half of dry food. I enjoy using them and I really believe the dogs like them too. Next time they are on sale, I'm going to buy four more...... They wash up easy and add a nice flair of "Kiwi" green to the kitchen. Good deal !!"

"I love these ceramic bowls PETCO offers many different colors.. I have the 2-tone black and ivory, they are great. I have such a difficult time finding bowls that match the colors I like, in this case black, but I found them here. They are also pretty heavy, so it is difficult for my puppies to tip their food and water over."

"I purchased two of these for my corgi who doesn't like ceramic bowls for some reason, but she likes these ceramic bowls. I think it is because they are nice and sturdy and don't make as loud of a noise as a thin ceramic bowl does and I like them because they are nice and sturdy (hard to break) and very attractive.
