This moss mat was the perfect addition to my 18X18X24" Exo Terra terrarium. I like that it doesn't have to be replaced all the time like many substrates; you can simply remove and clean it. It looks incredibly realistic! Plus, there's no risk of ingestion of the substrate, which is important for Crested Geckos. My Crestie seems to love this moss mat! I don't regret this purchase at all. The moss mat would have fit the tank perfectly except I have a 1" foam background on the back, so I did have to trim it down a bit (it was easy to cut though!).
I would recommend this to a friend!

i got this stuff as an emergency substrate and because it was a good price and it turns out it's beyond great! its easy to clean, easy to maintain, not as pricey as other substrates, and soft! this truly could be used for any tropical animal! 10/10 for sure! absorbs moisture really well too so if your humidity gauge says it's low, check the moss mat and you will see it will always be moist or damp!
I would recommend this to a friend!
