These bags smell nice and are of ample size. However, they are very difficult to tear apart. Even when you can find the perforations (not easy), you have to unroll and unfold and tear apart in as a single layer. Hard to manage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these at a different store, but thinking that because it's Arm & Hammer, they would be exactly what I needed. Yes, they smell good. But whatever quality control they went through, they forgot to do one thing: Test to make sure they fit the holder! The rods in the middle (all of them) were at least half a centimeter too long, so thus I've had to struggle with taking the bag out. This may not be an issue for some dog owners, but when your dog is 90 pounds and likes to wander off, you need to be able to pull out what you need and be done with it. You shouldn't have to fight with the holder in order to pull out a bag. Once these ran out, I checked the next bag just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and those were also too long! Instead I bought the more expensive, sure-to-fit baggies, and have had no issue since...

Love these bags! No longer do I have to check for holes in my shopping bags when getting ready to clean up after my dog. They are the perfect size and easy to tie. Get these, it's worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
