I love this product it's nice and big and perfect for my two female guinea pigs. That being said we had some problems, one of the clips that holds the walls together was broken. Also this is an incredibly difficult and hard cage to put together not to mention time consuming. the water bottle slips constantly so I threw it out and bought a new one. the stair case for the ledge is not movable and is to steep. Overall this product is good but very difficult

I went in petco and picked out this cage it came with everything all you need to get is food,the guinea pigs,treats,hay,toys ,flecee.its big enough for two guinea pigs and it is bigger in person .for me its an awsome cage have a blessed day.

I love the concept of a full top door as that makes it easier to take care of the animals. However, to me this has serious flaws. The front door is difficult to slide. The "house" ledge is not secured to anything from what I can see in putting it together and no written directions. All you get is a serious of pictures with very few that contain worded instructions. No indication on what the pictures are trying to tell you to do. I got half way through the assembly and found a plastic piece on the ledge that was broken off. Going back to the store and not sure what else to get that is large enough for 2 guinea pigs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This home is the perfect size for our rabbit. Even with her little hiding area she has plenty of room to hop and race around like a mad woman. The only downfalls are the bowl and hay guard. The bowl really doesn't stay in place very well, she easily is able to lift it up and throw it around. Then, the hay guard with no clips at the bottom and only the top it easily spills hay all over the floor.

This cage met all my expectations, our rabbit had babies so we needed an additional cage. This cage has everything you need to start and set up. One thing we might need to change is the water bottle due to the placement for small bunny to reach yet.

After finally doing my research on cages, I came to the conclusion that the bigger cage of this was best for my little 6 week old guinea pig. The cage is perfect. I ended up taking out the shelf because my guinea would hide all the way in the back corner and I would not be able to reach him in order to handle him. The food dish is basic, and the water bottle gave me issues at first (apparently there is a technic to getting a water bottle not to leak). Overall, a very sturdy cage, very large. The only issue that i would say is that the bottom is so deep (to prevent shavings mess), and so i struggle with my small guinea pig to find a place to put him water bottle where he can reach. As a whole, very pleased.

We acquired an unwanted 10 week old kitten that had never been introduced to a litter box. We had to start the digging process with his paw to get him started. He is doing good now; once we get him in the litter box. He doesn't voluntarily go to the box on his own yet. We have to physically get him started into it. In the meantime we needed something to contain the kitten until he is litter box trained. This gives him room to play and stretch out. He cried the first few times but now after his supervised playtime is over and we put him back into the habitat he plays for a bit and then falls asleep. No more crying. LOVE it!

Perfect For Our Pigs

We bought this cage for our two new guinea pigs. It was easy to assemble, it's easy to clean and provides great spaces for the pigs. They love the hiding space, especially when we first got them and when we're vacuuming or making some noise. We don't use the sliding cage door on the side as it is a bit tough to open. The only other negative is that the water bottle that came with it was dripping quite a bit and we bought another one to use. Overall - we love the design, the size and the pigs love it too.

I initially bought this cage as an upgrade for my degu, who used to be living in something much smaller. At the time I had just bought a new companion for my chinchilla, so our nine week old baby, Willow, was living in this cage. After they got used to each other, they spent a lot of time in this cage so I could access them easily in case of any squabbles. Though I wouldn't recommend this cage for something as big as an adult chinchilla, it worked great as a temporary home for two juveniles. Way too small for a chinchilla to be living in permanently, because they need a lot more jumping space. My degu, however, LOVES this cage. It's huge, and with the built in home and food-dish combo, it gives you a lot of extra room to spoil your babies :). It comes with a hay feeder for the outside, and because of how much room I had left, I can easily fit a bunch of toys and the 12" silent spinner wheel.
