It took my 5 month old basset hound 10 minutes to pulverize and begin to consume the 'tennis balls' on this toy. They were brittle and easily broken open. I would not recommend this for any dog.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Similar to a product I had for awhile and worked but this was chewed apart in minutes...not the best for strong chewers
