This product did not fit my dogs. The measuring requirements are not applicable. I ordered the XL based on the 26'-30' from neck to tail requirements. The jersey was not even CLOSE to fitting my labrador. When I received the product, on the back the sizing requirements were different than listed on the Petco site. Only order this product if you have a small dog! Even the XL jersey will not fit anything bigger than an average size dog.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
