The Snowy River gravel arrived today. I ordered it online because they did not carry it at the store. It is exactly what I was searching for! Out of the tank it appears to have many colors & I was afraid it would not have that snowy white feeling I wanted. Once it was in the tank & under the lights it was gorgeous! I will post a photo of the finished tank when it is complete. Here is a better photo of what the gravel really looks like. This was taken under a daylight bulb.

As a beginner, I wondered what to do about cleaning, but when I bought this for my betta tank it only took about ten minutes to rinse off, plus it looks far more natural than the purple gravel I had before. I used this for about a half a year in my betta tank, and I'm going to use it in my 20gal tank.
It says you need 2lbs per gallon, but you really only need 1lbs per gallon, even with live plants that like to be in there. I will however note, that it is really difficult to get the plants in at first, and that they can wash away if you aren't careful putting the water in. and putting them in while the water is in is a lot harder.
