I bought this item recently for my chihuahua. It says it's perfect for summer, but in Georgia it is too hot during summer and makes it great for fall. My chihuahua loves it and never wants to take it off. It's nice and soft as well. Not to mention it's so darn cute!
I would recommend this to a friend!
