I use shirts on my min pin because she itches her skin raw. The material has held up much better than any other from her scratching. there are little straps that don't do much in the way of holding the top up, but it has elastic around the chest that keeps it in place. It is a soft, fuzzy feeling material. I've had it for 4 years and it still looks new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
