Dogs ate them to pieces but they are 60 pounds dogs. Depends on the dog.

I have bought nylabone products in the past and they really last but my dog either loses interest or drops the larger bones on your foot. This product allows you t place a filling inside the bone to keep the dog's attention but not so easy to get the treat out fast if placed correctly in treat. The only down side is to get the treat inside the toy. There are two treats one that is corn and wheat free breaks as you place it in the toy (I would not recommend it unless you break it in 1/2 and then onlyuse that half in the toy). Otherwise I can say my dog is gone for 15-30 per treat inserted.

Problem with inserting into Nylabone

I purchased two large Nylabones that came with the chicken dog treats pre-inserted which were good products, however, when I attempted to replace the empty slot in the nylabone with new chicken treats it was impossible to get them to stay in the slot no matter how I inserted them...even tried to hammer them in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
