"I tried this product on my austrialian shepard mix but it didnt phase her. It worked on my friends lab and cats but for some reason it didnt really affect her. I will be returning it."

VERY dissatisfied

"Purchased two of these and both were defective. When barking occurs the light should illuminate to designate that it is working. No light and no response to barking unless the manual button is pushed which isn't helpful if you're not in the room."

A GREAT SOLUTION

"My one-year old chihuahua is well behaved, but barks up a storm when someone comes to the door or sees another person or dog through the window.

I bought this and in under a day he has given up his barking ways.
