"This is my first 20+ gallon aquarium and my first internet order from PetCo. It took 4 phone calls to PetCo to have SeaClear to finally shipped the aquarium to me. This took almost 4 weeks for the aquarium to arrive.
Now, the light fixture that comes with the aquarium does NOT work at all. I wish I had not purchased this aquarium from SeaClear.
Although the customer service at PetCo either at the store or on the phone are extremely helpful (Thank you), I am very disappointed by the service and the quality of the products SeaClear sent me. If I have to order anything from SeaClear again, I will definitely think twice and may not order anything from them again."

Nice looking tank

"Packaging was great arrived without any damage. I read the reviews about the small opening to service tank. But had to buy it anyway because it looked so good. I bought the 30 gal. and found it was different to work with but not that hard. There are two openings where the light is. each one is about 13"x5" divided by a 2" space. I ordered the Hagen Aquaclear 50 and there is enough room you could put two of these side by side at the rear. The opening is about 15" wide by 2 1/4". The extra space works for adding food or fish for me. There's a cut out for the heater and two small holes at rear corners for air lines I used for bubble walls. The cover on the light does look easy to break so I tightened the plastic screws with my fingers plus one turn with scewdriver. The light did take about 6 min. to stop going on and off at first. Now it takes 1 min. or a little less not sure thats right"

"This aquarium is very inconvenient. It does not have a lift lid to add fish, feed fish, or add water. You have to take off the light fixture to do any of the above mentioned. The opening is only the size of the light fixture too (long and thin) making it difficult to add larger fish and ANY large ornaments for the tank. Pouring water into the tank is a talent with this aquarium, but I have mastered it finally. I would not purchase this tank again. I like its appearance. Be very careful when putting the light fixture together. It warns not to tighten the screws too tight and it means it. I broke one and with minimal effort."
