Just what I needed - after an adjustment

I have two of these storage containers for different food for multiple dogs. It is much handier than trying to pour from the big bags all of the time. I have small containers of food in the house and use these to refill them.
I had to make an adjustment to both of my containers because when the lever/handle is closed all the way, the plastic in the back pops out blocking the lever from opening again. You have to reach in back and pop it back in. Really easy to pinch a finger that way. At first I thought I had a defective one, but since both of the ones I received were like that, it might be by design. So I added a rubber stopper under the front of the handle so the handle does not shut quite all the way. The hole where the food comes out is completely covered though so it works well. With this adjustment, I really like the containers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The holes for the mounting screws go through the body of this container, therefore it's not airtight. I plan to return it

This is a fantastic storage bin that I have used for ~ 10 years. It mounts beautifully in the garage, so it is off the floor, saves space, and prevents the drawing of pesky mice. When mounted in a stud, it holds the weight of large bags of dog food that would otherwise take up room in the house. The dog food can be dispensed into a smaller container for inside the home. Very convenient!
I would recommend this to a friend!
