We have a boxer and pit bull and they make a HUGE mess when they drink. My husband and I have tried a towel underneath, we've used a boot tray, and a mat specifically for messy eaters/drinkers and nothing has worked. The towel and mat got moldy quickly because they were alway wet and the boot tray wasn't big enough. The neater feeder has worked perfect. Between the high walls on the side and the drip tray thing in front, our hardwood floors are saved and there is no mess! It's also very easy to clean! Would recommend this to everyone!

I bought the large Neat Feeder. The area is free from crumbs,spills and splashes.
It looks great in my kitchen and a great addition to it. It looks very polished.
Will by the additional legs if needed in the future.

I bought two of these feeders, both large. I have a Lab mix and a labradoodle. The lab mix is standard height for a lab and the larger feeder seems to be perfect for him. I do wish they had an extra large feeder though. For my labradoodle it seems a bit low and is lower that the elevated feeder we had before this one. It won't keep water drips from getting on your floor though and I didn't expect it would entirely. If your dog is still dripping from their fur and moves away from the feeder...well...you get it. I purchased the bronze and it looks nice. The feeders don't scoot around the floor which is good and was a problem with the previous feeder we had.

I love this feeder and would certainly purchase it again. However, I was disappointed to find that it was not as elevated as I had expected it to be. The bowls are only about 7.5" from the floor; so my pup is still having to bend over quite a bit.

We have 2 Labs in our household; we love them dearly but they can be quite messy with the water bowl. This Neater Feeder keeps them from getting water spots on my hardwood floor and walls. I would recommend it to anyone with a furry friend that wants less mess to clean up.

To my surprise the neater feeder actually works. My 80lb lab soaked the floor everyday for 8 years and now with the neater feeder not a drop is on the floor. The only way your floor can still get wet is if your dog holds water in its mouth walks away from the feeder and opens its mouth.

One of my cats would always make a mess around his plate dry food all over the floor, had to clean daily and ants were always there.
This problem is solved forever with neater feeder. It is pretty, comfortable for a cats to use, had large water plate, nothing on the floor anymore, very neat, very easy to clean, both cats like it also, very happy with this feeder, well worth the money, highly recommend

this is a good organizer for cat food and water. it keeps the dry food from flying onto the floor. the only negative is the bowls are a little small for a 3 cat household.

Out of the box and assembled in seconds; this is a quality product! My 11 pound Lhasa Apso loved it right from the moment I filled it with her food and water. The elevated feature makes her eating more natural and comfortable and assists her in properly digesting her food. This fits right against the wall with no worries about drool or food damaging the wall. The bowls stay where they belong, and our dog loves that it is up about 6" higher. Easy to clean, and looks very nice.

My 11 year-old, 65 ib lab/sheppard mix has always been the sloppiest drinker! Even with a tray beneath her bowls, water would get all over the floor - yuck! I happened to be looking on this site and found the Neater Feeder Elevated Pet Diner because I was looking for an elevated food tray for my aging dog. What a combination - contains the water and is elevated! LOVE IT! Let me tell you...I am not soaking up water twice a day now! This is definitely worth the money if you have a sloppy drinker. My only wish is that I had known about this product a long time ago!

The perfect eating dishes I have seen and used. The perfect height for a small dog and it really helps me too because I don't have a messy floor to clean up after my "Little One" finishes her meal.

I created an account just to rate this item. My kitty is a big boy and a MESSY eater. We had dry food scattered all across our kitchen floor for years, and water rings all around his food bowl. Bought this, and was worried about using it for a cat, but he loves it! He took to it right away, and there are NO SPILLS!!!! All his mess is contained right to the bowl. It's BRILLIANT!!! I got home from work today and this (photo attached) is what I saw... I just had to review this bowl after seeing that - and my clean floor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. And a gracious thank you to the manufacturer and Petco for selling it! My kitchen and I thank you!

Purchased the Neater feeder for my dog Dylan.
He's 20" at the shoulder. Not one mention of leg
extenders anywhere except in the reviews. After paying such a hefty price you'd think it would be
complete!! It is definately the best and coolest

I have an older golden retriever that is extremely sloppy when she drinks water, she gets it everywhere. I purchased the large neater feeder and and no water all over the floor anymore. My husband and I are both very happy not to be having to clean up water all the time.

I am very satisified with product. Our Labrador is a very messy drinker and this product catches it all.

Elevated food bowls help relieve back strees and also help prevent back pain in dogs. the bowls are easy to clean, though water does get underneath the water bowl. This is a great product and has really held uyp these past eight years.

We have a very messy Golden Ret. that I have always had to clean up after. I saw this in a specialty pet store and loved it but didn't purchase it. Once I saw that Petco offered it and it was Free Shipping I went ahead and made the purchase! How I ever lived without it now I have no idea! Haven't had to clean up after him once ;)

I bought this because my bulldogs have such bad underbites that they shovel their food out of the bowl when trying to eat. This product does just what it says and is definitely NEATER. The kibbles and water stay contained in the feeder and not all over the floor! It's also helping my senior dog's shoulders now she doesn't having to stoop down to the ground to eat. It's a little expensive, but it's the only product like it, so I'm glad I purchased.

I had to make a few adjustments for my dog, an 11-year-old, somewhat skittish, Lab to accept this feeder. After being fed all his life from dark, heavy, ceramic bowls on an elevated wooden tray he hated not only the sight and sound of the stainless steel bowls, but also the barrier. It did not help that the fit of the bowls is a little loose, which caused them to move around when he was eating. I was about to give up when I found a dark brown plastic crock dish with microban to replace the stainless bowls. With patience we got over his aversion towards the barrier; and now we are both happy.
