"I have similar comments in that these bulbs gave beautiful light to my little 10 gallon, but I paid $15.99 and they lasted maybe 2months.
Not impressed."

"This is my first 50/50 bulb and it won't be my last. Besides the obvious beneficial points of this light, the actual light itself is beautiful. I do hope it lasts longer than the six months stated by a previous reviewer as $11-15 per bulb can become pricey. However, as of now, I am highly satisfied with it."

"I was using this light on my 20 gallon freshwater tank and it gave great white light.
The big problem was that it didn't last 6 months. For the price I paid, $15, that just isn't good enough."

Great for Pico Tanks

"I have this light on a 5 gallon pico and it's a GREAT alternative for those on a budget. I get 10 watts per gallon and the half antics really help bring out the color of my coral. It easily fits into DIY lighting hood design since it fits into any standard light bulb socket. Imma gonna put two over my 10 gallon frag tank soon."
