I hate ordering items over the internet because I like to actually examine the item before I purchase it so I was a little worried about how this cage was going to look. I have to say that I am very pleased the cage is roomy, easy to clean, and my cockatiel loves her new home. The cage arrived faster than promised too.

My Cockatiel Was Scared

When I got home, I put my bird in his new cage. I had just got him, so the car ride home made him a little anxious. When he got on the top perch, he puffed his wings and then the entire perch fell! Bird and all, I am very upset that my bird was scared like that. As if he wasn't already upset enough!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we just received the cage yesterday. it was easy to put together and it is very nice looking with a great price. Our cockateil loves it. Seems like it will be easy to clean!

New to birds. Bought this cage for 2 parakeets/budgies after looking around extensively. Wanted a good size, nice looking cage for a good, low price.
The cage provides a good amount of space for 2 parakeets/budgies and looks nice. I like the color and house look.
The cage was very easy to put together. I did not have any issues with things being put together backwards or anything that others mentioned.
Overal very pleased.
Only negative for me:
Cage is not packaged in a way that protects it during shipment. The metal bars were not seperated with any packing material from the bottom plastic tray. Due to that the bottom section had various scratches and some wear. This could have easily been avoided with proper packaging. I spray painted the bottom the same color as the top of the cage and this took care of it. Due to the great price it was still worth it.

My parakeet absolutely LOVES his new cage, we added ladders and he runs up and down and climbs on the walls to the 2nd Floor as we call it....

I love this cage, it is easy to clean and it is perfect for cockatiels that like to climb. Also, it is a standard size so it is easy to replace dishes and perches when the bird needs new ones.

I love this cage! It arrived early, is huge! And easy to put together! I spent just a few minutes putting it together. Its alot bigger then expected! The only downside is that it wont fit into my car! Great f

Great size and look...easy to put together and comes with two covered food " bowls " :) only thing wrong g with it was the door just flops open..my last cage had a stop point so the birds could sit on the door as a draw bridge like thing. I have fixed it so the door stops at a 90* angle but I wish it came that way...

This bird cage is a great value...it looks great, the brown color is a great decor feature and it is roomy enough for our 2 parakeets...putting it together was easy, once you realize you need to turn it around. The only dislike is that the wire bottom does not slide out for cleaning. The shipping was quick.

My zebra finch Moose loves his new cage. I love the dishes that come with this cage too, hardly any mess to clean up with the guards. It was easy to put together and it looks great in my livingroom!

This cage is great. I paid the same price for my smaller cage so this was a great upgrade. The smaller roof area is not super secure but if your cage is not moved, bumped, etc. really hard it shouldn't be a problem. It can also be difficult to clean the highest part of the cage without removing the roof. Despite this my Parakeets love this cage because they have plenty of room. It is easy to clean the bottom out and the covered dishes do help lessen some of the seed mess. It was very easy to put together. I currently have 4 Parakeets in it and could easily add 1 or 2 more without it being crowded. Very satisfied.

I am very impressed with this cage! I don't usually shop @ Petco because I find their prices much higher than other shops in my neighborhood, but this cage is definitely fantastic for the price online. I can't tell you how many places I looked at in person and online.
There's more than enough space for my two budgies. They have room vertically and horizontally to fly around and move, not to mention space for toys and more perches. The food/water dishes are the nice kind: sturdy and with a cover to keep the mess in.
I'm also impressed with the shipping. I got it in two days!
The only negatives: the shorter perch fits very loosely and the carry handle was put on the side, not the middle of the roof (so it hangs crooked), but nothing a pair of pliers won't fix!

Cage is a great cage only problem was the part that was pre assembled was on backwards had to take apart and reassemble . Also a prong was gone looked like it had broken off maybe when it was put on wrong. hubby was able to fix and our 2 parakeets love their new home.

I purchased this bird cage for my daughter and her family as a gift for their new cockatiel, George. The cage is very roomy and compliments the decor of her living room nicely. The metal is a rich color brown and is a welcomed change from the usual gold metal style. As you can see by the image the bird is quite comfortable and that the size of the cage is most suitable for this size bird. The toys in the image were also purchased at Petco and are a beautiful colorful addition and very entertaining for George.

Its very spacious. My birds have a lot of room to fly around and spread their wings. the food and water utensils are a good size and the cage is massive. what? $44? That's way to under priced.
