Too narrow. Odd food cups.

"Okay, so its a little narrow for my cockatiel. His tail always ends up getting mussed by the sides or in his water because he can't climb easily in it.

I don't like that I cannot move the feed/water cups around w/o having a gaping hole where they are supposed to be. The water cup being low makes it easy for his water to be *poo soup* several times a day... and since the cage is so narrow I can't just move perches back further so his rear isn't placed over his food.

There aren't enough horizontal bars for easy climbing and toy attachment.

The bottom tray is metal, so it sticks when I try to slide it out... plastic isn't much better though.

Perch arrangment is difficult w/ the door right over the food cup too.

As soon as I can I will be spending a little more to get a bigger cage and making this one the spare/secondary.

The door is nice and big, the cage is very sturdy and well built, nothing flimsy about it.

Not that my tiel complains... overall i like the cage, i just wish i could come up w/ a bird safe way to cover the 3 holes in the front... stainless steel is all i know of that is a safe metal, but I'm not talented enough to do it!"

Wonderful Cage

"I bought this cage for my two rats. I wanted I cage I could take them to the vets or just outside to sit with the dog and I. I was so wonderfully surprised when I took it out of the box. It's the best well construsted cage I've seen in a long time for it's price. I have four birds so I know about cages. I have decided to use this cage for their permanent home now and will look for a smaller travel cage for them. I'll be looking at this brand for that too."

"This is a very strong cage, I have a conure and she is very happy to have her own, she can get around very well and comfortably to eat and play, it has a big front door and sturdy bars, and i can clean it quickly, it arrived all put together and within a week, it's all black so you can spot dirt!! I would recommend it! It also keeps messy seeds in the cage too,"

Nice cage

"I bought this cage for a new cockatiel. The door is a nice size, and I can easily fit my hand (with bird) in and out. I especially like the plastic seed guards, to help keep the mess down. The food/water dishes are ok, but difficult to install and remove. They're better left in place. The swing needs some modification to stay put should the bird miss when he flies to it. Overall, a nice cage, though. I would recommend it."
