this light is good for small tanks but if you have bigger tank than a 5 gal this is kinda small...
I would recommend this to a friend!

i ordered this online a couple of weeks ago. this was the best light ever i just plugged it in on my 2.5 gallon tank. its realy bright and good. i hope the lights dont burn up though. i hooked up a computer
fan to cool it down when it heats up. the thing that i dont like about it is that it only has one switch to turn on and off overall this was a realy good light

I am still giving this light 5 stars because I love it so much. I bought it as a light for my saltwater refugium, it's the perfect size, very durable, has a long enough cord, looks sleek. However... I only received it ten days ago and the bulb burned out today. Now I have to make a phone call (inconvenient) to try and get the bulbs replaced, and I imagine it will take a few days to receive those. I am hoping that once I do this the bulbs will last a while, although reading through the reviews in other sites online it looks like that will be a toss-up. While this is frustrating I still really enjoy this light. Until this morning I was thinking about buying a second one for my freshwater mini-planted tank I keep in my office at work, because I was so happy with this product. Now I am thinking I will need to wait to make sure this light can perform like it's supposed to. Overall, great product aside from the issue with the bulbs.
