"Rodents will chew a hole in this in a matter of minutes! Based on the description, I bought just the cloth cage for my pet rat. Within 5 minutes, Rubi had already chewed through the zipper and she is not that big of a chewer. The description does not mention a metal cage that is supposed to go inside this carrier, but the picture on the product's tag does. I recently bought the cage to go inside. It is roomy enough for an adult rat and it adds additional security. I am not really sure what animal would do well in this carrier for any length of time, but it is stylish and when used properly, can be a safe mode of transportation for your little friend."

"So great I bought this formy guinea pig for when i have to take him to the vet. And he loves it some times he sleeps in it or plays in it.I would recamend this for any body with small animals great purtchs. :)"

"to be quite honest i have chinchillas and rabbits. My rabbit loved the carrier as a baby my rabbit was comfy... its a comfy carrier but my rabbit, as it got older, chewed the cloth zipper and he chewed the window screen a bit. Its cute and comfy just after multiple use... it's not practicle"

"This has came in handy to me a lot. First i used it for my Senegal Parrot and it held up great. He usually chew things to shreads. Then i washed it and let my two guinea pigs Wiggles and Giggles (both boys) they love itf so much , they actually hate coming out of it. Just a tip i put down a towel to make it more comfortable."

"THis carrier is alright, it is not to big and when my chin goes to the bath room in it, it is not absorb it just sits in the carrier. This is when he goes number 1. Besides that it is great for carrying and easy also."

"This carrier is definitely very useful! I have a couple hamsters and this is perfect for traveling with them. I have the medium sized version and a medium sized traveling cage, i just fill the cage with bedding, food, water, and the hamsters...slide it in the carrier, zip it up, and i'm all set to go! Everyone's safely fastened...including the bedding, which means it won't fly out during turns or when the girls start burrowing and kick the bedding around everywhere...which keeps the car clean =)"

"I purchased this to commute with my rabbit on weekends. I can honestly say that rabbits hate to be in closed areas, but I travel with her with ease and style! She is very comfortable, she is a big rabbit, but I like the medium size for her, no room for her to slide around and become distressed with our commute. I highly recommend it and it's a beautiful carrier, sturdy too!"

"This is a great carrier for all guinea pigs, rats, ferrets, mice, gerbils, hamsters, and a lot of other small pets. Rabbits, chinchillas, and degus may get a little cramped in the small one, but can do fine in the larger one. Great for cleaning out cages, going to the vet, and taking on trips."

"I bought this for my bunny cocoa so that she can go to and from the vet, and outings to see family or friends, no I'm not trying to be a celeb and take my pet everywhere. It's easy to put up and take down and I wish there was a fuzzy bottom, but I understand why not. I put in a warm blanket for cocoa since the sides are open, and it's not really good in the winter time.
The only problem I have with it is that it needs to have a better handle possibly a shoulder strap."
