A good product. Cat likes it and it's sturdy enough to hold my 4 year old son.

Sturdy but....

This condo is made very sturdy as my 4 dogs loves sitting on top of it and it does not cave in. However, the materials used to cover the cardboard is tearing apart. My cat scratched at it and it came unraveling. They did use a strong straw material for the scratching post but it comes apart really easily. Once the scratcher part comes apart, the soft brown cloth around the scratcher comes apart too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
