"In the winter,I pack them full of homemade suet delight and it attracts all sort of neat birds like Woodpeckers,Nut Hatches,Chickadees,etc.
Come spring,when it begins to warm up ,I take a few and add nesting materials for my local birds that nest.
Multi purpose....You gotta love it!"

A Great Idea

"Feeding baskets are an excellent way to provide birds with food in safe locations. Placement helps you thwart both predators and moochers (Yes, I'm talking to you, squirrels). And, since the Morning Song baskets come in a variety of shapes and sizes, you can put a variety of vittles in them.
Just one thing: You might have to reinforce the chains used to hang the baskets. Over time, the original ones will corrode and weaken."
