NLS pellets are quite possibly the perfect food! I recently switched over from Omega One products (Used for over 5 years) and noticed a huge improvement in the color of my cichlids. Yes it does cost a bit more than others but the results prove that it it worth it. The fish love the stuff and took to it right away and the improvement in color was amazing.

My blood red fire shrimp love these. They are easy for his little 'paws' to hold on to and it is fun to hand feed them to him.

New Life Spectrum is the overall best food you can feed your fish. But...Petco needs to verify the website descriptions of the product. They list .3mm as the large fish formula and the .5mm as the small fish formula. I should have checked my currrent containers to verify the sizes. Doublecheck!
