I just purchased this for my red eared slider in an aquarium setup to help promote his activity and metabolism.
The light gives a nice look to the aquarium.
My turtle is a ball of constant energy throughout the day, the UVA light has definitely played a part in this.

The bulb is harder to fit for an aquarium (it's pretty long), so I used a terrarium deep dome and applied a clamp from another set to set it up with the tank.
I would recommend this to a friend!
