Probably best online price for this type of carrier when it's on sale, easy assembly, solid and sturdy.
Note: first purchased the one size up (700) so I could transport my two dogs, one of which can be aggressive, in the same car. Made instore return because that size was too large for standard car door frame, despite measurements. Hatchbacks should be fine. good carrier.

We have a large Lab and she fits great. A few of the connection holes were not completely drilled thru or it was excess plastic, nothing a screw driver/ice pick couldn't fix. It's huge though!

This kennel is the best value I could find after doing a lot of research. I originally invented to buy used, but couldn't find the right size for less than $50-60... I bought the 700 series online with free delivery and have been very happy with it. The body is solid and fits together perfectly. The door swings either way, but does require disassembly to switch. Door is coated with some sort of anti-rust, time will tell. Came with extra fasteners which is good, the plastic wing nuts look like chew targets. I can't find anything wrong with it. Could be fancier, for a lot more money.

our larger than normal 30lb Basenji fits perfectly in Model 600. hes larger than a medium dog verging on large dog and sizing has been problematic.
all worked out fine after we sized at the Petco store locally but they didnt have the 600 in stock. ended up "guessing" but made the right choice.
quality is as expected. free shipping was great. highly recommend this line as there are a bunch of different sizes. most brands dont have as many choices.

I have no problem with the product other than the stated dimensions are inaccurate. So the bed I purchased that supposedly had the same dimensions to fit inside the crate ended up being about 4 inches too long.

The kennel itself offers a cozy nook for our dog, however when left unattended he has already figured out how to manipulate the door open by pulling it inwards, thus escaping into the house to wreak havoc. We have had this kennel set up for him a grand total of two weeks now and ability to escape from it is not an isolated incident. We have another larger metal kennel (forget which brand) but even though it is too big for him he will most likely be using that one from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Petco Classic Kennel comes in a variety of sizes, all sturdy with simple assembly. Very basic, utilitarian product that will help keep my Rescue Cats safe on their bi-annually Veterinarian check ups and treatments.

This crate had a sticker on the side, and upon my removing this sticker, the crate has a sticky residue that is impossible to get off also does not come with a dish, now have to buy that separately before using for shipping.

We bought this kennel to transport 3 cats. The size is great. Unfortunately, the handle snapped off and broke the first time we used this. There were only 2 cats at 25lbs at the time. The cats fell to the floor in the crate. The handle was broken and was not able to be reattached due to where it was broken. They do have a 1 yr. limited warranty but we did not actually need to use the kennel until after 1 year and we no longer had the receipt . I guess dogs don't really get lifted IN the kennel since they get in all by themselves. Bummed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shipping of this product was super fast! The item was a great price( I did buy the item at 37% off via petco.com), cheapest carrier I could find. The carrier was simple to put together, no screwdriver required. Item also came with extra bolts/screws (whatever they are called) they just screw in with the use of your fingers. Door latch can be a little tricky to open/close, however as much as I use the carrier that slight problem is no problem for me. You must squeeze the two bars to release them from the top and bottom holes - possibly an issue for arthritic fingers however - not being a carrier know it all, all carriers may be this way. Just a note, the carrier was for my 6 month approx 6 lb cat. I opted for the medium sized one which is perfect for her size and allows for much growing room as it states it can hold up to 15 lbs.

This was a little frustrating to put together because it kept shifting. It calls for patience and zip ties to hold it extra securely!!
It's a good size that works for a small-medium sized cat or dog. Just add a blanket or soft padding for extra comfort.

Great kennel for the price. The medium kennel was exactly as described and comes in an agreeable color. I don't feel weird leaving it out in the living room. (Sometimes plastic crates come in crazy colors that don't blend well w/the decor.)

We ship puppies accross the U.S and must have the "Airline Approved" crates. These crates meet every standard. They arrived when expected, easy to assemble and safe for our puppies.
We have ordered about 6 in different sizes and were always very pleased.
We really appreciate the "free shipping" and they were considerably cheaper than at the store.

Arrived fine, easy to put together. Abit plasticy and if handled roughly may not last years and years but I Just wanted a cheap small plastic dog crate for a temporary puppy carrier so it was as expected for the price. No complaints for the price.

I am very satisfied with the cat carrier it is the right size and is strong enough that he will not tear out of it. it was very easy to assemble it took about five minutes. I would recomend this carrier to everyone, the price is very good. I reserched the product and found that petco had the best price over all others.

Had one already for my 26 lb Tom cat. Bought another for the adopted kittens who @ 1yr they are 10 lbs each & both fit comfortably into the large crate. I will also use it to crate train my new sheltie pup. So very versatile & can be stacked safely on top of one another.
