I love his new cage, he loves his new cage, what more can I ask for?
This is a big upgrade for my Goffin's cockatoo who loves to bounce around like a crazy man (and now has the space to do so!) I was worried he might be afraid of the new cage, but he was jumping around on top of it as soon as it was assembled.
I am very happy with the Grande Playtop--it is very sturdy, obviously well made and worth the investment. I chose the textured platinum finish, which looks very nice. I leave the playtop separate (great feature!) so my bird isn't taller than I am.
Most importantly, I'm happy that he's happy! And judging by all the bouncing, I'd say he's happy. =)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this cage for my blue & gold macaw. It is extremely well made and arrived with only one minor ding in one tray. The cage is 42 x 30. Made for a macaw, but the perches included (one for inside the cage and one for the play top) were no larger than 1 1/8" in diameter. This in an appropriate size for a small Amazon. I needed to spend an additional $50.00 to have appropriate size perches made.
I would recommend this to a friend!
