I am impressed with the quality and the planning that went into this cat furniture. Assembly was straightforward, and the result was a very sturdy, good-looking piece of cat furniture that my cat claimed for herself right away. For a more coordinated look, I had the seats covered with the same fabric I have for a sofa cover. My cat and I are very pleased; my dog is jealous.

I ordered the deluxe seat to replace a scratcher that I had in my living room. Muffin took to the seats after a little coaxing. I have put a soft pad on each level as I did not feel that there was enough padding. The sisal on the side is very thin and stiff. I would suggest that the siding be made in a rope fashion. I am pleased with the aesthetics of this furniture and the wood quality just not the two reasons that I purchased it for: padded lounging and comfortable scratcher. Petcos pricing was about $30 less than any other site.

Our two cats love this piece of furniture. They are comfortable and it provides a good view out the window. They also love the scratching panel. It is by far the most attractive piece of cat furniture I have seen. It is worth the price.

My first shipment was defective...within 2 days a replacement was at my door. I was allowed enough time to pack up the defective unit and then it was picked up. The second one is "purrfect". My 3 cats all enjoy the seat that is lower so that they can also stretch out on the window sill. But if that seat is occupied the higher one makes them happy also.

When I took this thing out of the box - construction appeared solid. There was one problem with a screw hole being too big and the molly bold within the hole coming out. I called the company and they immediately sent me a replacement panel - no issue whatsoever. I've put it together. It was easy. Construction solid. Cats love it. I'm pleased with my purchase.
