Doesn't Heat!

"This heater has a great design, but that is it, it doesn't heat! The water temperature never changed. It's suppose to heat up to 30 gallons, I only use 25 gallons of water and this did nothing! I'm definitely returning it. Very disappointed!!"

"i purchase this hearter for crabs it DOES NOT go above 72 on one unit got one more it DID NOT go above 74 preset was 78 no way it was in four inchs of water also terta saids it will heat up to 30 gal of water NO WAY. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYMORE TERTA THING."

I dont think this product works at all!

"I wish there was an indicator light on this to let me know if the heater is on or not. Supposedly if you plug it in, it is on, but there is not way to tell except to measure the temperature.
I have a thermometer in the tank & the temp. has NEVER gone over 76 degrees with this heater inside & supposedly it is supposed to keep the water between 78-80 degrees.
I'm actually thinking about calling Petco or the Company who makes this to complain, ask for a refund, or figure out if I'm doing something wrong!?"
