Horrible, will never get again.

I bought this when the food my chinchilla came to me with ran out. At the time, I didn't know a thing about chinchillas, so seeing the label say "healthy" and "natural" made me think it would be the perfect food. I was VERY wrong.
Chinchillas should not have many treats (only the occasional rose hip or dried hibiscus flower are chin safe), however this food is PACKED with unhealthy/fatty treats that should never be given.
Every night when I would refill my chinchillas bowl, she would run just to pick out the treats and things she wanted (which is called selective feeding, for those who don't know) and would literally leave all the pellets.
Even if your chin does eat everything (both treats and pellets), this food should still not be given because of the low nutritional values (in other words, it's unhealthy). This is a low quality food, there are many other better choices you can make for your fuzzy little chin. After all, you want them to have the longest and healthiest life possible, right? :)

This food is pretty decent compared to some others, but it still has too much sugar (from dried fruits and cane molasses) than chinchillas need.
