My dog, (border collie) developed major a major skin irritation/infection.
After several visits to the Vet, and a variety of medications, I showed the Doc the shampoo I got to help stop the itching. The Vet said it's very good stuff, but it only lasts about 24 hours. The Vet was dead on... BUT IT STOPPED THE ITCHING THE WHOLE 24 HOURS. The Vet told me that I can use it about every three days or so, and it shouldn't dry out the dogs skin like other shampoos would.
With the severe itching and scratching my dog has, 24 hours itch free is a God send.
The Vet also recommended I get hypo allergenic conditioner.... guess which one I'll get.

One of my four dogs has sensitive skin and I have tried numerous shampoos that resulted in itching and hot spots. My neighbor's dog had allergies and sensitive skin and after much trial and error she had some leftover shampoo for me to try that was the only one to work for her. So glad I found this shampoo! I truly believe my dog feels better after the shampoo than before, and best of all no more hot spots and trips to the vet after a shampoo!
I would recommend this to a friend!
