"we had babies hatch by surprise and did not know what to fieed them. The food was perfect and they are growing so fast. It was delivered as we were told. Excellent product. A package goes a long way. Just wish they carried it in the store."

"This is a great food if you have newborn fish that are small or you just want them to grow to their full potential quickly. It is balanced and does not mess up your water quality if it is used as directed. I used it for baby neon tetras that were born in my aquarium and have used it for mollies, guppies, swordtails, and other fish. Just a hint, use the amount that will stick to a toothpick when wet and no more. Feed small amounts often. This food is not expensive and has always worked for me. I would recommend to anyone who has baby fish (fry) that are small and/or you want your fry to get to their full potential quickly! I am very happy with this product!"

"I have a few guppy fish and one female had babies, the baby fry wouldn't eat crushed up flakes, so the a Petco person told me to try this special First Bites, which is what the baby fry eat, and you know the baby guppies eat it up alot. The only bad thing is I feed them several times a day like I was told to get them to get big and strong faster, anyhow it floats down to the bottom of the tank and makes the water dirty. But I would recommend it to everyone who is thinking about raising baby fish."

"Any one who has live bearing fish should keep a pkg. of this on hand for those unexpected babies that occasionally show up.I even feed this to the egg layers ,My Cory Cats,and Bristlenose as a first food when their babies hatch.

"A good emergency or secondary food to have on hand for new baby angels, in case you don't have live baby brine shrimp to feed them (their favorite staple). They can eat this when first free-swimming. Turn off the filter while feeding. It doesn't clump and keeps well."
