"I bought this for our 13 year old black lab. She was having neck problems. It did serve the purpose, not having her neck pulled on by a regular collar. BUT, it doesn't tighten. Every time I put it on her I have to adjust the size. When we walk it loosens and slips around sideways on her body. Since I didn't buy it online and paid full price, I am not thrilled and am in the market for a different harness."

"I purchased this because it seemed to be durable, which it is. However, it is very difficult to tighten. I bought the small and it is still very loose on our dog and she is a Jack Russell, so it should fit.
Other than that difficulty, which is pretty important, the harness is a very good buy."

"I bought two of these one for my pitbull and one for my blue heeler. They are GREAT!! My Pit is VERY stubborn when it comes to putting a collar on, taking a bath, the list goes on and on. This was very easy to get on him and sure helps me control him alot better on walks, beforehand only my husband could take him but now I can. On the other hand my Blue Heeler is very cooperative but his neck is bigger than his head so no collar would stay on if he didn't want it on. So far he hasn't pulled out of this harness although he has tried!! This is a nice harness I would buy again."

"I have a 94 lb yellow lab who loves to pull me around. This harness worked much better than any I have found yet. No longer are we the ones who are whipped around like wet noodles. I have 2 of these and I love them. They blend well when he goes hunting as well."

"We have a fairly large dog (64 lbs) and when she decides she wants to stop & sniff during a walk - she puts her chest to the ground and becomes immovable. This harness allows us to maintain control of her. We have tried a training collar, but her necks is so furry and strong this is by far the better option. She doesn't seem to mind wearing it either."
