The wood stain smells quite strong when you first take it out of the box. The smell goes away very quickly--in a day or two. If you can, leave the roof off for a day or so to let the interior air out faster.
Finally, assembly is quick and easy. All you'll need is a phillips screwdriver. I put it together in under 30 minutes."
