"Maybe these work out good for other small animals, but all three of my pigs don't seem to dig the applewood branch bites. They just sit there on the kabob or on the cage floor. :-( Oh well."

"I got some of these for my rats. They really don't seem to notice them. If you have a rat or other small animal that loves to chew stuff I'd try these. But I guess my girls are not big chewers."

"These stick are neccesary since guinea pig's teeth are always growing to have these chewing sticks and these kinds are more natural to their environment. Imagine not getting your teeth the medical treatment they needed like humans guinea pigs can get infections so take my advice and get these for your guinea pig!"

"My hamster absolutely LOVES these sticks. She simply can't get enough. As soon as I put a new stick in for her, she attacks it with much joy and starts chewing and shredding it in a single column like corn on the cob. Once that strip is off, she will start on another section.
These are the only sticks I have seen a hamster take such a fancy too! The other ones are just boring, colored wood, but this one must taste pretty decent for her to like it so much. It's cute to see a little pile of shredded bark under the stick once she is finished with it. She once chewed on this for nearly 15-20 minutes straight. Needless to say her teeth (which were starting to look a bit long previously), seemed around 1/2 the size the next morning.
GREAT product! I will keep a well stocked supply at all times for my darling hamster."

"I just purchased these for my finicky little 9 week old chinchilla. He absolutely LOVED them! I found him at top of his fleece tube BEGGING me for them whenever I opened the cabinet where they're stored. I would DEFINITELY recommend these to anybody with a chinchilla who needs a safe, inexpensive, natural treat."

"This isn't their favorite treat, but my male didn't like anything but the bark. He would eat the bark off in just a few days and leave the rest. My female she will eat them, it just takes some days. She loves wood a bit more, usually she throws them everywhere, so I love that the package gives me so many. She loves gnawing on them and just down right playing with them. I would recommend this treat for other chinchillas."

"I'm sure this is a great product, but my fancy mice just weren't digging them, there wasn't a single gnaw mark on them after a whole week. Later I got them some cheap $0.99 colorful wood sticks from the grocery store's pet isle and the ladies went crazy over them! I'd recommend passing on these if you have mice, I guess they just aren't eye catching enough for really tiny critters."
