I have a 8 month old bullmastiff and he loves the Nylabone chew. It is big enough to withstand his chewing.

These are great for puppy teeth, just remember that you still have to monitor them because they will be able to chew off pieces of this bone. They is no problem with a dog eating little pieces, but enough of them and they will soon be throwing up.

When I bought this I thought it would be more like the other Nylabone products that really last a long time (not the healthy edibles which are like super healthy bones). I probably should have read where it says its NOT FOR DOGS WITH ADULT TEETH - because I bought this for my 1 yr. old jug who is an avid and unstoppable chewer. The other Nylabone that are scented/flavored he is completely not interested in - I think they're too hard. I thought that because this was "flexible" that it would as tough as the "harder" bones but just more appealing for him. Turns out he was chewing it to bits within the first 5 minutes (yes he does have all his adult teeth though). SO for a puppy with PUPPY TEETH this is probably an AWESOME product - for adult dog owners I wouldn't suggest it (and yes I do realize my complaints should have been avoided by reading the product description and the name says "puppy bone")
