"We have two of these and plan on getting more. We purchased the large size, one for a baby carpet python and one for a baby boa which they can both grow into. I like the artificial bark bends because they are easy to clean and don't encourage mold or bacteria growth. The holes are great, not only for the snakes to explore through but also so you can see them when they are inside but it offers enough cover so that they feel safe inside. Looks even better with artificial plants draped over it."

"The minute I put him in the tank he ran straight toward the log. He sits in it for about 6 hours and then go "Hunting" for mealworms."

Great purchase!

"I have two young Jungle Carpet Pythons. I used to have the log houses made from real wood, but their humidity needs led to the wood molding. I needed something that looked natural, was easy to clean and they would enjoy...the Reptile Bark Bends meet them all! It looks great and cleans easily. My snakes love them and enjoy peaking out through the small side hole. I also like that is has no sharp edges, which I have seen on different molded houses."
