"The bed works well for my one year old husky. She loves it. I like the fact it can be washed because I picked the wrong color. It doesn't show the dirt but it does show all the little gray and white hairs."

"Our puppy loves this dog gone bed. He happily lies in to play with his toys, chews or just to sleep during the day. It is clearly well made. The manufacturer claims that it to repel stains and smells. We haven't had it long enough to be able to comment, but these bed and crate pads by Dog Gone Smart were highly recommended by our breeder."

"My pup loves his bed. He loves to sleep with us but halfway through the night I'll find him in his bed. From the moment I pulled it out of the box he jumped right in it as if he was right at home. The bed is comfortable, durable and practical. He loves that he could lean his head on it. I will buy another one for my downstairs in the future."

Not true to size, but good quality!

"Excellent beds, durable, well-constructed. Specs for large size are 42" outside measurement, however the true size for large is 38" outside measurement. I originally bought the mediums (35") for my two 50lb Border Collie mixes. They BARELY fit in them and the beds actually measure about 30". So when the beds went on sale again, I bought the larges and the fit was much better for my dogs. The large size bed will not accommodate bigger than a 65lb dog. If you want a bigger bed in the same style & durable build, West Paw makes an XL size which will fit a 65-85lb dog."

"my dog likes this bed (most importantly). it seems dirt and water/stain/puppy throw-up resistant as well as durable. I've washed it once (dog spit up grass on it) and it came out well. HOWEVER, it's important to note that the cover does have an odd smell that has not yet disapated. Almost fishy. of course, the dog loves the smell, but me - not so much. and it's still there even after washing. also, know that the bottom of the donut is NOT padded so it requires the pillow insert. when I purchased, i did not realize the bottom was a removable pillow. I would have preferred one piece for the whole bed. The cover doesn't come off the pillow and it didn't get very clean in the wash (debris stuck in the crevices of the buttons). overall, though, a seemingly good buy - especially when on sale."

"We bought this bed for our 1 year old dog because he was getting too big for our bed. He loved it and doesn't even want to sleep with us any more. And we just got a new puppy and she peed on it and it wipes right up leaving no smell or spot! We're ordering one for her right now and one for my mother's dog as well."

"this bed is grest. not only does my dog sleep here but she also likes to just hang out in the bed more then the couch. i can not see any hair left behind on the bed and it is so easy to wash and take care of."
