"The product works great. I ended up ordering it because I couldn't fit a 150wt zoomed bulb in the normal fixtures, this one holds it great with plenty of room to spare at the bottom. It has the convenient on and off switch, and shipping was quick. The reason it got 4 out of 5, is because the size is a blessing and a downfall. It's so large it looks weird on my 20L tank, but worth the weird look and looks great on my 40 breeder. I would, and have, buy more of these. Also, it makes it possible to buy cheap halogen lights from a home improvement store, so it saves you money in the long run."

"I can't overstate how effective this lamp is at keeping the heat where you wan't it. It's deep dome allows you to place it right on the cage with any size bulb for even further efficiency and convenience."

A MUST BUY for the ZooMed Reptisun Compact UVB

"I bought this lamp so that my Zoomed Reptisun Compact UVB bulb could fit inside a lamp without sticking out at the bottom.
This lamp is very LARGE & I wish the diameter was smaller."

"These are great for active snakes that like to go near the top of their cages, or for bulbs that get just a little hotter than one would like. It sets it far enough back from the top of the cage so the animal cannot burn itself, and drops the temperature of the cage a couple degrees. More durable than the easily bent normal dome lamps.
Not that bad of a price, either, compared to some."
