"This product is of good quality, but it is Way Too Small for my 13 lb poodle! When I zip the top flap closed, his face is smashed up against the mesh, and when I leave it open, he crawls out of it because it is too confining. This might be a good product for a teacup sized dog. Also, the "padding" at the bottom is very thin, so your dog has to sit on a hard surface unless you put your own cushion in this carrier."
