Where to hang their tag?

"I don't understand why most Costal cat collars don't have the D-ring for attaching tags.
My cats are indoors only, but they still wear their identification and their rabies tag just in case they ever dart out.
This collar is cute, but D-rings, please?"

"Great collar for any cat. I think it will take my kitty a while to adjust to a bell (she thinks it's a toy chasing her around) but she doesn't seem to fuss with it and the breakaway buckle is always a nice feature."
